The Caisse d'Epargne et de Financement en Afrique (Savings and Financing Bank of Africa) is a category two financial institution based in Ngaoundéré, Cameroon. CEFA (Caisse d'Epargne et de Financement en Afrique) also has a branch in Douala, Cameroon and more to be opened in 2009. Our mission is to grow along with our clients through intelligent resource management, financial advising, and wise use of credit. This is not only our goal but our passion.
